Make your selections by Wednesday 10am, and receive your delivery within 48 hours. Our courier will collect on day 5 of your rental period. Pop our items back in our reusable packaging and our delivery partner will collect the item from you. We will wash, disinfect and (if needed) deep clean the item for the next dressdasher.

How to DressDash

I’m interested, how do I get started?

Register to rent or become a member on the link above. Once registered, you will be able to rent items immediately. The rental period covers 5 days. To become a member, register and you will be able to select your items immediately.

How do I return my rented or memberships items?

We ask that you return the item in the same packaging as it was delivered to ensure little or no waste occurs. Our delivery partner will collect the package from you, or we can arrange for you to drop the package off at a Pudo locker near you.

What happens if the item doesn’t fit?

If an item that you have ordered doesn't fit, you have 24 hours to get in touch with HQ at xxxxxxxx.com For purchases, we will be happy to refund the purchase price of any unworn items, as long as the ribbons are still attached. For rental orders that are returned unworn with tags on, refunds will be paid into the same card that made the purchase or be credited to your account.

What if I accidentally rip or stain the item?

Firstly, don’t panic! We understand that these mishaps happen. When you return the item make a note on the invoice and when the item is received back we'll carry out a condition report and assess the damage and consider a suitable solution, whether laundering, or an additional charge for repair.

What happens if the item is stolen?

The customer renting the item is liable for the full retail cost, less rental or a portion of the subscription fee.

How many days can I rent my item?

Rented items are yours for 4 full days. On day 5 of your rental period courier will collect the item from you. If you require a longer rental period it is more cost effective to select the membership option.

How are the items cleaned?

We use environmental friendly cleaning practices. Our items are washed with biodegradable laundry soap and dried by the sun. Accessories are wiped down, immersed in soapy water if required, steamed and polished.

Do you offer a stylist service?

Absolutely, email HQ to arrange a suitable date and time. We are also able to book a glam team with clothing stylist to get you ready for your event. Additional charges apply. This service is currently only available in Jozi.
